2. What Data We Process

Our site has no user accounts, no payment system and no shopping cart. We only process personal data that you send us directly:

• Contact / quote form: first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address, country and any notes you write about your project.
• FAQ question form: the text of your question and — optionally — your name and an e-mail or phone number so we can reply. Both of these fields are optional.
• Technical records: standard server access logs (IP address, browser information, request time), kept for security and error tracking.

3. Why We Process It

• To answer your enquiry, question or quote request.
• To contact you and arrange a site survey so the project scope can be defined.
• To fulfil our obligations if a contract is entered into.
• To keep the site secure and resolve technical faults.

4. Legal Basis and Collection Method

Your data is collected electronically, entirely at your own initiative, through the forms on this website.

Our legal bases under KVKK art. 5/2 are: necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the data controller provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Where none of these apply, we rely on your explicit consent.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data and we do not transfer it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may only be shared with legally authorised public authorities upon request, and with our hosting provider where technical access is unavoidable.

This website contains no Google Analytics, advertising pixel or comparable third-party tracking tool.

6. Retention

We keep correspondence relating to your enquiry for a reasonable period after it is concluded, subject to statutory limitation and retention periods. Once that period expires the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to us to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed.
• Request information if it has been processed.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data is transferred.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request erasure or destruction within the conditions of the law.
• Request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

Send requests concerning the rights above to info@cilekhavuz.com.tr, or in writing to Çilek Plaza, Eyüp Sultan Mah. Yakacık Cd. Feshane Cd. No: 2 D:4 D:1, 34885 Sancaktepe / İstanbul. Your application must contain information identifying you.

Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. If the process incurs a cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

9. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS and traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it for their duties.

We may update this notice following changes in legislation or in how our site works. The current version is always published on this page.
