Our Corporate Story
The foundations of Çilek Havuz were laid with the professional journey Serdar Savaş began in Istanbul in 1993. Incorporated under the Savaş Group umbrella in 1998, our brand brought design, engineering and execution together under one roof in pool, spa and wellness.
Today, with a structure exporting to 14 countries and operating in 4, we deliver turnkey solutions for needs of every scale — from housing to tourism, from commercial buildings to private projects.
Our signature projects — from the 10-metre-deep SAS training pool we built for the Ministry of National Defence, to the 42 wet areas of the Ayder Tenzile Erdoğan Thermal Hotel and the Sofitel Algiers Hamma Garden spa in Algeria — are the most tangible proof of this journey.

Serdar Savaş took his first step into the pool and spa business in İstanbul.

Defence · Public SectorFor underwater defence training we built Türkiye's deepest swimming pool; we brought its 3,600 m³ of water under control turnkey, to the required engineering and safety standards.
Thermal Hotel · TOKİIn partnership with TOKİ we completed, turnkey, the thermal hotel's 42 wet areas on the Ayder Plateau — including Türkiye's largest göbektaşı Turkish hammam — as one comprehensive spa & wellness whole.

We have been working since 1993, with more than 33 years of experience. In that time we have delivered hundreds of completed pool and spa projects to over 350 clients, and we keep growing our reference portfolio with facilities signed in both the public and private sectors.

Some of our signature projects: Türkiye's deepest swimming pool — 10 metres deep with a 3,600 m³ water volume — built for the Ministry of National Defence SAS Training Centre; the Tenzile Erdoğan Thermal Hotel on the Ayder Plateau, whose 42 wet areas — including pool, thermal pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and Türkiye's largest göbektaşı Turkish hammam — we completed turnkey in partnership with TOKİ; and the 2,500 m² spa we delivered at the Sofitel Hotel in Algeria, Turkish hammam, sauna and salt room included. These deliveries, spanning public works to international hospitality, are concrete proof of our corporate capacity. The facility was officially opened by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; during the works it was inspected on site by Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya, Minister of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change Murat Kurum, and TOKİ President Mustafa Levent Sungur.
